Taulman Tech-G what's going on here?

It's mostly fine, just trying to fine tune the first layer.

Using an i3 Mk2 with Multi-material extruder (just one extruder).

Main settings are: 250c extruder / 80c bed, 0.2mm layer, first layer height 170% (0.34mm), .83 Extrusion multiplier (been experimenting from .9-.8, .8 looks good but it felt like it might have been under-extruding slightly). Retraction is still at 4mm, had to drop retraction speed down to 35mm/s due to the Tech-G being so slippery. I also have my max print speed at 40mm/s and first layer speed is at 50%.

To me, it feels like I'm over-extruding, in that area there are no retractions so I don't think it's oozing... Thoughts?

It's also worth noting that the rectangle behind it looks flawless... Overlap settings maybe?

I notice too that my first layer is still kind of squished, at least the first layer's footprint is larger than the rest of the object, even with the 170% first layer height... I also ran a 200% layer height but that one didn't turn out well due to some other issues, might try that one next.
