Printing gears with PolyMide CoPA nylon filament from Polymaker

Hi, I tried to print gears for an Rc Car with the filament Poymide CoPA from Polymaker.
It is a Nylon 6/6.6 copolymer with near-zero warping . It is on new on the market.
The optical quality of the printed gear looks good, only the teeth on the outside look not as good as printed with Prusa PLA.
Now i am wondering if it is possible with better slicer settings to get the same surface quality.
The filament manuf. recommends the following settings:
nozzle temp.: 250-265 °C
build plate temp: max 70°C
no cooling fan
print speed :40-60mm/s
layer heigh : 0.1-0.2mm
retraction distance : 3-6mm
My question is : should i set the retraction value as high as 3mm, or should it be set much lower on prusa printer?
Am i right that prusa extruder is a direct drive extruder ?
In the slicer software there is a profil for taulman bridge, in this profile the retraction is about 1 mm i think.
Many thanks in advance for suggestions .

Hello Ralph,
did you meanwhile used the Poymide CoPA from Polymaker ?
Was it successful ?
I have bought this filament too and perhaps you can give me a good start with your settings.
(Which basematerial you choose in slic3R and which settings you changed)

That would be very nice, thanks in advance,
Oliver
