ABS sticking to bed TOO WELL
I never printed abs before before today but god that stuff is difficult to remove.
The print itself is already very hard(smashing it with a spatula)
But the layer that was first printed keeps sticking to the bed and the spatula is only scraping of particles of it.
The only way so far im removing it is my nails, and even then its difficult.
Any tips or tricks with ABS and a PEI sheet?
Here is a photo....I made quite some scratches already, i hope that thats ok.

I have a MK1 which allows me to remove the glass sheet. When I print in ABS I either place the glass in the freezer or rub an ice cube on the back. With ABS I can hear the plastic shrinking and "popping" free from the glass. Being that the MK2 doesn't facilitate a removable bed try getting a can of air duster. If you dispense the can upside down the propellant will also shoot out. This will allow you to cool the print down rather fast which should enable the print to pop off the build plate. For the price of an air duster can it's worth a try.

I first heat up the bed again to then introduce a temperature difference faster?
Do i just apply it to the sides of the print?

What jarred means is when you invert a can of compressed air and push its valve, freon gas (this stuff is used in fridges and airconditioners) is expelled, which comes out of the can at a sub-zero temperature and cools anything it makes contact with. As the printed object should shrink a bit from the cold it is exposed to, it theoretically could pop off. I would discommend heating the bed for this or even leaving the printer powered while doing this, because cans of compressed air tend to also contain a mix of flammable gases like propane and butane.
I personally just use a razor blade scraper (this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1565223 ) to get between the printed object and the PEI sheet without cutting into either, then I wedge my regular spatula under the razor blade and continue moving the spatula under the object towards its other side. As I progress there's the satisfying sound of the bottom of the printed object coming off the sheet.

Unfortunatly the freezing did not help. I saw the whole bed and print get frozen but even with my hand with a fair grip i could not remove the print.
Do i have to spray alot? Or...
Maybe i'l try to heat up to 40 degrees first and then introduce the sudden freezing, if the bed can take that anyway, after powering off the printer.
I got some razer blades too but they are in a plastic enclosure.

What I usually do when a part is sticking too well is reheating the bed. ABS is solvable in acetone so you could have dissolved it and washed it off. I have never done this but I would assume this should work. Your bed looks seriously abused now. In general it is not a good idea to apply too much force to the whole system - all your bearings and rods will suffer and obviously your PEI layer.

I tried a very sharp knife for scraping off paint, and i only damaged the bed a little bit, i cant get below the freaking print, its still stuck under it.
I also tried freezing the print alot, without success.
I also tried heating the plate to 55 degrees then cooling it with the spray to sub zero temperatures and could not get the print off the bed.

i think i will never use brim with abs again, it makes it harder as well i guess.

ABS is a material of the past. Newer materials are coming out that are equal and less difficult to print. I own and have hacked a DaVinci Mk 1.0A with Repetier 0.92 so I could use non propriety filament. I have tweaked it. But it was designed for ABS filament and has no filament cooling. Another hack required. It will be a useful machine to me again.

I would rather go up to 100 deg C or higher to get the ABS soft and malleable again. I can not imagine cooling doing anything as the PCB heat bed will not contract.
I am a bit surprised you got such an insane bed adhesion with ABS. What brand of filament where you printing ?

I now tried a hammer that is smashing off pieces of the print, but will not release the print itself.
I also tried a metal clamp that just comes loose when trying to wiggle it loose.
One of the 3 pieces came loose finally (in 2 parts- bottom printed solid part and above part when using sharp pliers. unfortunatly the pliers have no grip on the other 2 parts)
I am using hatchbox abs filament.

I'm in the same pickle here. First time printing ABS on my Mini. This was an important lesson in 3d printing adventures... 😑
