Only one Z-Axis moving at time

Hi all, I've just finished building my kit and I'm running in the calibration wizard.
The Self Test seems ok, but when it start the Z-Axis Calibration only one axis is moving up (the right one).
I tryed to invert the cable on the Einsy Board (the connectors are equal) and now only the other axis is moving (the left one).
I tryed to disconnect and reconnect the cable several times and checked if they are properly connected.
I tryed to update the firmware and I tryed to manually move up both axis. If I start the Z-Axis calibration when both axis are all the way up, they starts to move down together, but the one that isn't moving up, it jams when it's moving down and the calibrations fails.
I presume I've correctly mounted both Z-axis, since they both work but once at time.
Could it be an Einsy Board's problem? Only one connector on the board has problem.
I didn't find a similar question using the "search" function, sorry.

I've made some videos using the manual Z-axis movement in the settings.
Left one working:
Right one working:

Have you checked the trapazoid nut on the one that isn't moving up? Does it rotate freely?

It sounds like the Einsy is broken. Better talk to customer service about a replacement.

I believe I made this same mistake. Did you check the manual ONLINE to see where the z-axis plugs into? I plugged all my moving axes vertically, meaning I plugged one of my z-axis steppers into the extruder driver. The z-axes wires should go in one after the other horizontally.

OMG you're right!
I enterely built the printer with the ONLINE manual since in the boxes there wasn't the paper manual (don't know why).
I finished it last night after an enterely day of building.. I was a little bit tired 😕 it was my fault.
I'm very happy with it, I cannot check the printer now but checking the online manual I've seen my mistake.
Like you, I plugged all my moving axes vertically.
Thank you very much, you made my day.

I will post later after checking the printer with your tip

EDIT:
Solved, that was my problem! Thank you again!
