Linear Advance General Inquiry

I have question regarding the Linear Advance feature on MK3. I downloaded Josef Prusa's recommended Simplify 3d profile and started to print on my MK3 printer. With speed setting on profile of 200 mm/sec I'm able to print many object with PLA with success. My question is:

1) Do I slow down the speed of print when printing small items?
2) For PETG I was printing with MK2 at 40mm/s and for TPU I was printing with MK2 at 30mm/s. Now, with MK3 with LA, do I drop down the speed like MK2 or do I speed it up? I just need to experiment?
3) When printing at 200mm/sec, I noticed that the surface finish is not consistent color (using translucent PLA), Is it because I'm going too fast?

Sorry but I was used to 50mm/sec on PLA and ABS, 40mm/sec on PETG and 30mm/sec on TPU but with Linear Advance feature, I'm getting confused on what speed I should be printing at.

Any tips and recommendations are appreciated!
