Fast Way to Move Z Needed
The firmware improvement I would most like to see is a fast way to move the extruder out of the way after an aborted or failed print.
Now, starting at the info screen, it takes 5 tedious steps. It drives me crazy every time.
I'll admit that I probably have more failed prints than the average user, since I'm testing various filaments with various build surfaces and encounter a lot of bed adhesion problems.
However, it does seem like the polite thing for the extruder to do is get out of the way.

You can hold the button pressed for a couple of seconds, then you can move the Z axis. Easy enough i guess..

yes, it has been introduced a few firmware releases ago: press the knob at the LCD for more than a second, then you've got a shortecut to the settings -> move axis -> move z submenu and can lift up the z-axis by turning the knob clockwise.
➡ it can't get faster & easier (you just need to know it)....
