External reset contact
I'm new in this forum and I don't know if this is the right place but stil:
I have experienced filament tangle problem two times and I was lucky both times to hear the unusual noises from the room where the printer was doing its job.
I don't want to discuss why it happened (certainly it was my fault) but to suggest an hardware improvement: external reset contact.
The contact could be connected to the switch mounted on a filament guide (that should be easy enough) and could be activated by the filament tension and stopping the printer and preventing further damage.
Such contact could be even used by some remote gadget and so on....
