Re: Electronics in or out the Enclosure?

I ordered mine 2/8/2018 and am due to receive it March 19-26 per the shipping chart.

I can post the plans if anyone wants...

2x4x10 - 5
4x4 .5 inch plywood - 1
lots of screws
3 - 24x24x1" foam insulation panels
1- roll of duct tape
1- plexi glass
magnets

i'm still figuring out the door and venting so stay tuned.

I think temperature should be fine in the LACK ... it was more a stability issue for me. felt very wobbly . And rather to reinforce it i just built one from scratch.

RE: Electronics in or out the Enclosure?

I recently built an enclosure for my MK3S/MMU2S.

I read somewhere that Prusa recommends moving the power supply outside the enclosure. Since the power supply is on the opposite side of the electronics, there is plenty of slack to move the enclosure once you cut a few zip ties. I plan on printing PC. It's been a struggle but I'm getting really close, but I plan to get my enclosure up to 65-70C. I have an active heater and have been able to get there without too much trouble, but I definitely wanted to move all my electronics out as well. If you plan on moving all the electronics out, you'll need to learn how to crimp dupont connectors. The crimper and the supplies aren't expensive, but learning to crimp reliably in a timely manner can be a headache.
