Vertical layers (walls) not bonding together occasionally with flex

Hello,

I have really strange problem with printing flex.

I print these caps from flex (Flexfill 98A). Often they turn out perfectly. Sometimes, with exactly same settings, and exactly same spool of non-moistured filament it goes totally wrong, in a way that the walls or vertical "layers", just don't stick together. Next print can be normal again.

I use Flexfill 98A, and in the Prusa Slicer settings for that without any tweaking. I print with 0.1mm layer and like said all the settings are from FlexFill 98A filament in the Prusa Slicer.

This is the item I am printing:

Here is the normal cap printed out perfectly, the 2mm thick wall is just what you would expect.

normal wall

And this is the problem. The 2mm wall is just thin "leaves" or completely non attached vertical layers, did not even know that is possible...

non sticking vertical layers

Would anyone have any ideas what could be the reason? Once more there is absolutely nothing changed in between, it just does this pretty much every second time or so.

Thanks!
