I used the following as a basic guide.

@ssill2

What is the purpose of that?  Very interesting.

@ssill2

Can you post a pic of it installed?  That is a great idea.

And of course hannibal mask with these settings fails...  Any thoughts?   Given the orientation of the mask is the second picture the best I should expect with detachable supports and thus should wait until my MMU2s comes in so I can do soluble supports?   I could try backing down the extrusion multiplier from 1, which I think is how I ended up getting it to print eventually.  I'm trying to do this the right way this time instead of making extrusion widths .8 and extrusion multipliers .88 lol.

Interesting, maybe I've calculated my extrusion multiplier wrong but with a test print in vase mode my extrusion multiplier as 1.061 for paramount british racing green petg, and 1.081 for paramount iron red petg. I did have a slight problem with my Z seam but I think I just needed to slow my print speed down to fix that.

Well, they did recently, without notice or provocation delete everyone's .zip files from the server. maybe now they decided not to allow images?

You and I both lol.  Though I have the MMU kind of working, not being able to use it with TPU is annoying.  This saves me from having to switch from prusa to get true multimaterial.  I won't be said to decommission the mmu lol

RE: Trying to print this in Paramount3D

I'm excited for the possibility of being able to do true multiple materials HIPS, ABS, ASA, TPU and PC all together in the same print at home. if this works out I'm going to have to get a fiber laser for home as well.

They did post this at the bottom of the page, and I'm not seeing temp ranges for the extruder yet, only implied material temps via suggested printable materials.

All information provided on this webpage are based on the current development stage of the XL and are subject

to change.

I guess we'll all find out middle of next year some time.

Regards

yeah they are screwing it up for sure. I don't feel it"s a good thing, I actually started looking for other good printing forums yesterday.

I've still been trying to help people but I don't feel like it's worth taking the time to do instructional posts here anymore.

Whatever,
