Troubleshoot printing errors

Hi!

I'm relative new with 3D printing and need help to Troubleshoot my print.

I have 3D printed this: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/36697-darth-vader-bust-stl, with original settnings for 0.1mm height in prusa slicer. Material: PLA

The results ar seen here https://imgur.com/a/1KVx3oO

Overal it's a nice print in the front but it's two errors are the Jagged line in the helmet and the weird surface finisch in the back.

What could have caused these errors?

The jagged line in the helmet appears to be a layer shift.  That should be the key words you need to research the causes of that.  Many causes and you will have to troubleshoot them one by one until you find the cause.

The texture on the back is a combination of the high slope angle and the fact that with the mk3 fan shroud design its doesn't put as much air on the back of objects.  You probably would have got a better print if you had rotated it 180 degrees so that it faced the back of the print bed.
