Sudden layer X-shift?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to print the spool auto-rewinder, and I'm running into a number of issues.  I've managed to get my first layer adhesion issues resolved (dropped the print speed down to 75% for the first 3 layers), but now I'm getting several hours into the print, and suddenly my entire printer x-shifts quite a bit.  I've never had this happen before until trying to print this model, but I've had this happen twice in a row now.

I've attached a pic of what it looks like.  After the first run, the printer lost its mind when doing the re-homing and mesh calibration, and had to go through a few extra steps to figure itself out.

Any ideas?

Best guess is curl rose up and snagged the nozzle.  You might try slowing down print speeds at the first bridging layers.

@tim-m30

I resliced it using 25mm/sec for bridges, and it printed beautifully.  Thank you!
