Can anyone recommend a video showing how to replace the white tube that leads to the nozzle?

Thanks but the guys hands get in the way and I can't see how he pulled out the heat sink. Mine will not pull out. See image. Does the black casing come apart so it will come out easily? I could not find out what he is unscrewing in that rectangular metal piece that screws into heat sink.
Thanks for any help you can offer. I don't want to break any pieces.
