Problems with Layers with Lithophanes

I just began to print lithophanes about a week ago and have been gifting them to family and friends. At first they were coming off with pretty good quality. The most recent that ive printed however... comes off with what looks like either inconsistent extrusion or skipping or laminating issues... I will post photos with this to explain what i mean.

one of my first lithophanes

the last one i did, you can seem some issues with layers on the girls face.

If anyone has any tips or tricks to try to fix this issue, please let me know! I've tried changing the temp of the extruder and Ive tried slowing the speed down some too.

I will be doing one more attempt, but this time disabling "Detect Thin Walls" curious to see if that's the cause.

I’ve tried a couple different prints. Decided to give the benchy a go, just to see how it fairs and it looks like poor layering on the bottom half but the top turns out fine.

Decided to go through the wizard setup to reset all calibrations
