Printing with flex - temperature and "flexi-ness"?

Just starting to experiment with flex filaments. I've found the filament itself is quite flexible (wet noodle analogy works well) and stretchy like a rubber band. However, the printed part seems to not be as stretchy. Is that just normal for the material or is there something (probably nozzle temp) that I need to adjust? (note I'm not printing anything solid, or with infill just single-walled shape - I realize as the density goes up that the part is going to be less flexible).

Using 3D solutech flex, printing at 210c (range is 200-220)
