Printing an object 249mm wide

I have designed a front panel that is 249mm wide (yes it has to be that wide to fit the box I have).

I have removed loops (0) under Skirt and Brim and it slices fine and looks OK on Slic3r.

When I print it runs out of travel on one side and stops about 2mm short?

Any way I can fix this?

Thanks

Gareth

Hi Gareth,

Have you tried offsetting the model 2mm further away from the edge where the issue is?

I have moved it right up to the edge before it turns blue (when I can't slice it anyway - greyed out). It seems that it won't print to 250mm, end of....

But if not, why does the slicer show it as OK?

Thanks

Gareth

In the end I re-designed it into two sub-panels.

Question remains, if it won't print to 250mm, perhaps the slicer should not show it as able to......
