Print stops at 99% with huge blob on top layer

I would love some help. I haven't seen anything quite like this before!

I'm printing on a stock i3 MK3S+ using prusament PC blend, slicing with PrusaSlicer, using the Prusament PC Blend profile.

My print stopped at about 99%. The head just stopped moving or extruding. It did this twice in a row in the exact same spot in the print. It also left a huge blob behind (see picture). The printer appeared happy to just sit there at 99% not trying to finish or move.

This happened twice in a row trying to print the exact same gcode. It happened a third time before that as well on a different part using different slicer setting, but still using Prusament PC Blend and PrusaSlicer.

Like I said, this one is new to me. I don't have the faintest guess as to how to troubleshoot this. Any and all help is appreciated!

@zoltan, @siegfried thanks both for the replies!

Zoltan, I accidentally saved over the 3mf file late yesterday. I resliced in PLA and saved over my PC blend file. I'll see if I can simply undo in PrusaSlicer to get back to the PC Blend version. I definitely have the gcode files if that is helpful.

RE:

@Zoltan, here is a .3mf file that I believe would recreate the problem.

As I mentioned previously, I accidentally saved over the original .3mf file that generated the problem. What I attached here is the original STL sliced for PC Blend. Now, it is worth saying that I sliced the same STL twice and got the error with both gcode files. I'm reasonably confident therefore that this 3mf file would recreate the problem.

In case it is helpful, here is the gcode that generated the part in the original picture.

@swiss_cheese many thanks! The above link is to a zip file with both the 3mf file and the gcode that created the part in the picture.
