Print figurine with PLA and 0.2mm nozzle

Printer: MK3S
i have been happily printing anything with PLA and my 0.4 nozzle. No problems. I want to try to print with a 0.2mm nozzle. Because i'm curious 🙂 My son has a game that uses figurines and so my test subject has been chosen.
I have changed some settings in PrusaSlicer:
- nozzle: 0.2mm
-layer thickness:0.07mm
- first layer thickness: 0.15mm
- all the settings on Extrusion width to 0 (=automatic) and first layer=200%
i left the rest of the settings to what they where (fillament temp (220/215) etc work perfect in 0.4mm nozzle).
The outcome is attached. I see melted PLA, loose strings and rough edges.
I tried various other settings but they resulted in worse scenarios... I'ld like to try a more sophisticated approach and ask for help now 🙂
Do any of you have a clue as to what setting(s) i'ld best be meddling with?

You want to use a nozzle as small as necessary, but no smaller. I've found that most miniatures will print well with a 0.25mm nozzle. If you use a smaller nozzle than necessary, other than maybe slightly tighter corners, you're just adding to your print times.
Looking at your picture, it looks like the model may have been wobbling up near the top. Check to make sure it is adhering well. You will need to use support. Cura has tree supports that are excellent for printing miniatures. I can get pretty decent results with a 0.08mm layer height. FFF printed miniatures won't compare to resin printer results, but are plenty good enough for the gaming table. At arm's length, the prints look good.
