Print Artifact on Vertical Walls

Has anyone else seen these kind of artifacts on vertical surfaces? Still haven't gotten rid of it.

Do you have crash detection on? What do you see in the last print stats failures? A crash detected could do that.

During this print I was using 3.1.3 and crash detect and filament sensors were off because that what was recommended at the time. I plan on printing this model again in another color of PLA when I switch back to 3.2.1 or newer version.
It's odd that ever other line is darker than the one between them as I would think they would all have the same distinction. I just now thought that it might be based on how each layer changes direction.
I just looked on the back side of where you see these lines and they are almost not noticeable.
