Oozing on completion

I have adjusted retraction on my PLA prints to eliminate strings that were occurring between multiple parts.  I am still getting a long string between the printed piece and nozzle at the completion of my PLA prints.  Is there a separate retraction setting for this?

I've played around with that a bit. I tried adding a zero extrusion "wipe" action at the end of prints and added some retraction, but haven't found that it completely eliminates that last little strand.
