NinjaFlex will not load

I'm struggling to load some NinjaFlex filament (which is quite flexible).  Most times it refuses to feed through and tangles around the knurled driver.

Each time I have gone back to the stiffer PLA and it has loaded first time every time and worked perfectly.

Have tried a range of settings, tension, temp for Flex stated with the product, hotter, cooler, more tension, less tension, etc, etc, still extremely unreliable load.

If it does load its likely to stop feeding and jam in the extruder, wrapping up in the knurled wheel area part way through.

Any help please?

RE: NinjaFlex will not load

Search on forum, on how to print flexible filament, this is very difficult.

Slow everything down with speed.

The springs of the extruder needs to be very soft pressing, very soft, otherwise it will push to fast and filament will bend.

temp settings you need to try, I had 2 different brands, one needed a higher temperature to print good.

And do a few test models that are small, temp tower as a example.

Search also on google, make a list of what users say, and test it.

With one brand I had it printing but temperture was not high enough, but this was not viable in the beginning of the print, and wen I looked at the (long) print it was not good enough, because of to low temperature.
