My supportblockers do not work

I have a problem with this model, where I had to print outer support structure:

I added some support blocker

this is a picture only from the blockers (not inserted as support blocker)

here I changed the Z-Position of the blockers to check the position

but support is created where the blockers are !!  :o(

her you see the structure.

What I am doing wrong?

THX for help.
P.S.: Where is your livechat? I have not found on your website. (I do not have twitter, facebook, instagram etc.) Is the livechat not embedded into your website?

OK, Lichtjaeger was correct, your support blocker isnt touching the underside of the object so doesnt stop the support.  Blockers are not an area of no support if you just place them.  The blocker has to touch the surface where you want to stop supports not to be.  it doesnt even have to touch the bed, just the model.  I moved your blocker part upwards a few mm and it stops the support happening inside your printed model.

I have attached the modified 3mf file for you.

Save your project with the models and blockers as a 3mf file, zip it up and attach it here.  That way we can take a look at it to see.  3mf saves everything including all our settings used so its useful to get the whole picture.

The support blockers are reacting to intersecting surfaces. Make sure to lift them half into your model so there is enough contact area. They don't need to touch the print bed.

@ lichtjaeger, normally the blockers are insight. I have changed the z-position to

a) show them
b) to check the position

;o)

@neophyl

Aaaahhhhhhhh,

the suppor blocker had to intersect with the body, i have moved it 0.1mm in z-axis and now it is fine. Thank you very much
