MK3S PETG Upgrade Prints poor quality

Trying to print the mk3s upgrade PETG parts with the included black filament on my mk3 but the quality is poor.  I'm using Prusa Slicer at .20mm quality, 20% infill, 230 degrees c for all layers as that was what looked best and least stringing on the temp tower.  Other than changing the temp I'm using the defaults for Prusament PETG.  Any thoughts on how to improve the quality?

Check if your fan is running, and if your fan is still blowing in the extruder, i had the fan turn to the wright and not blowing on the model.

Check , move extruder to 100mm, and extrude, see if it flowing good, no bubbles, and if it is thick enough.

Try a different roll of filament to test if it is gone.
