Issue with First Layer

I have been having an issue with the first layer sticking to the bed after replacing a cracked part in the extruder assembly. I first started by re calibrating the PINDA probe and getting this for the bed calibration (I had already peeled it up so the little issue in the corner came from that):

I then tried to print and either had the printer have the filament stick to the nozzle or do this(which is rough to the touch and has globs on it):

I have washed the bed with both alcohol and dish soap. I have also checked that the PINDA is good through checking the values through Pronterface. I am not sure what to try next as the printing is so inconsistent (either globing up on the bed or sticking to the nozzle).

RE: Issue with First Layer

Hi Peter, are you using 7x7 mesh bed levelling?

have you tried Jeff Jordan's 'Life Adjust 'Z' My Way'?
in preference to the Prusa first layer calibration routine?
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

your first layer is the most important layer of all, on a 3D printer...

regards Joan

First  layer speed 10 mm

first layer 10 c hotter.

Dish soap is important.

First layer should be perfect.

pla sicks not good to powder coated, if possible use pei sheet if you have one.
