How to set exact location of speed modifier box in PrusaSlicer

I've got a rather unruly design going and have already had it blow up bad halfway through. I've added some needed support enforcers and a small speed modifier block that should be located at the bottom of the barrel. Once the object is sliced, I can see *exactly* on which layers I should slow things down. I started to populate  the 'before layer change' gcode block and added something that would just slow down the print (M220 s50)

I was just about ready to fire it up when I came across a now old blog posting and video of using modifier blocks for this type of fine tuning. My main question is, with the datums for the coordinate system of that block being something unintelligible, how can I place it at the exact right Z location? I've got all the speeds right, but am just guessing at the right location for it.

This is a Height range modifier. In Advanced mode, I was able to set the exact Z heights to start/stop the slow down of printing of the various fill types.
