How to change filament during the print of a layer ?

Hello,

I have a particular request and I don't find for the moment the solution.

let me explain, I would like to print  some words of a surface in one color and a drawing next to the word in another color, the two thing will be printed in two layer of 0.2 mm.

So my question is, is it possible to insert a changing filament (M600) in the middle of printing layer with prusa slicer ?

In PrusaSlicer, is it possible to detect the moving of the extruder where the word will be print and insert M600 and after detect the moving towards the drawing and insert the M600.

I'm using a prusa I3 MK3S.  I don't  have the multi material unit.

Thank you for your help.
