First layer print issues

I've been trying to print this part, and every time, my first layer does this. I've printed almost all the stuff from the SD card thst came with the Prusa, and didn't have this issue.  In the slicer, the only option I changed was the first layer to.37. I'm using the silver PLA that came with my machine. I wipe my bed down with rubbing alcohol before every print. My adhesion seems to be good on all other parts.

Any advice?

RE: First layer print issues

a couple of things.

have you cleaned your build plate so there is no fingerprints or grease stains?
use ipa to get rid of grease stains, any grease stain will prevent filament from sticking to build plate

the layer height must not be higher than around 75% the size of the nozzle, assuming you use a 0.4 nozzle max layer height is around 0.3.
remember that the filament that gets laid down must be squished together to stick to the build plate.

how is your first layer calibration?
a good first layer calibration (correct live-z adjust) is essential.
can you share picture of what you get when you run the built in first layer calibration? especially the square at the end.
also worth reading up on this topic in the manual, it got some pictures of what good and bad looks like.
