First layer Issue

Good afternoon to all

Today I tried to print this, but it was very hard. The set parameters were:

Layer height: 0.1
First layer height: 0.3
BedTemp:60°C
Extrudertemp:215°C
Fill density: 10%

I do not what to do 🙁

Anyone has some idea about this issue or experiment something similar before???
