Colorfabb PLA ECONOMY DARK BLUE 1.75mm

Hello world!

I am reposting here (I originaly posted under the archived "printing tips"...).

I have been printing for roughly 300 hours with my new (kit-assembled) mk3s without issues using Prusament PLA (yellow and grey), the Colorfabb PLA ECONOMY RED 1.75 and filaments.ca's ecotough PETG (  https://filaments.ca/products/ecotough-petg-2-0-black-1-75mm  ). The ecotough gave me some challenges, but I was able to resolve them in few trials. My prints come out great and sharp. I use both the smooth sheet and the textured sheet without problems.

I just cannot get the first layer adjusted for the Colorfabb PLA ECONOMY DARK BLUE 1.75. I used different temperatures, different sheets, tried the glue stick... Obviously, applied the Tips and tricks  https://colorfabb.com/pla-economy-dark-blue  ... Looked at the spec for some clues...   https://colorfabb.com/files/TDS_E_ColorFabb_Economy_PLA.pdf   I am somewhat reinsuered in my developping 3d-gcode-generator skills (yet also troubled) by being able to use the RED from the same series, but not the DARK BLUE.  Am I missing something?

I was able to get completed prints by shutting down the cooling fan with a temperature of 200C for the first layer and 195C for the other ones and 55C for the sheet. Yet, the prints are warped and not close to the quality of the other filaments.

Anyone here to help me, please 🙂
