Can you change infill half way thru print
The bottom of my cylinder needs to be stronger. I changed the infill from 15% to 40% but it's a waste to continue the rest of the part at 40%. Can I change the infill back to 15% after about the first 1/2 inch of height?

Yes just use a modifier.
