Attempting Eiffel Tower print, how to improve?

Used default prusaslicer 0.15mm quality profile
How can I make it so that the fine details aren't so messed up? Lower the print speed? Use a smaller height layer and/or smaller nozzle?

Cut the model so you only have 1 corner of the model, and test, with different temps , speeds.
Do a temp tower test,
do a stringing test,
do a cube test, a cube which is open on top, so you can measure the thickness of wall an measure the whole cube, this is to adjust the extrusion multiplier of the printer.
