ASA gets stuck in heater/can't load filament

I have printed several things with ASA but suddenly it gets stuck in the heater. I have disassembled the printer to get the filament out, but even if I heat it up to 260°C I still can't pull it out easily.

I have got it out now and tried to clean the heater (without the nozzle). After I have assembled it all again, I can't load filament. It just "clicks" and gives out small bubbles and puff of smoke from the nozzle.

1: How do I prevent the ASA from getting stuck in the heater

2: What to do with the loading?

Thanks Lars Bo Wassini

I had to heat it to 290°C and use a small metalpin to remove the filament in the tube. Even at that temperature the filament was very sticky and difficult to remove.
