Another problem with layers ...

What do you think of this impression? ....
Even though I set my first coat perfectly, I have this kind of problem .... even worse, my third coat is not that great either .... (Google Traduction)

Make sure your print surface is perfectly clean first. If you touch it with your fingers regularly, even isopropanol will not help. Warm water with dish soap will make it.

The worst section shows place, where filament is not sticking to the bed anymore. This is usually caused with nozzle being too low, printer bed not clean or not flat. Is this a new issue, or your first print?

My nozzle seems perfectly level (see attached test photos), my plate is clean .... therefore remains the possibility of a not flat plate ... how to check this? ... I have been printing since 2016 ... .several hundred impressions to my credit ... 😉

What is happening to you during print looks like your calibration picture with 400. So as I say, nozzle to low to bed.

My question was not much about your experience, but more about if this is your first print on this printer, or it was OK before and now it looks bad. It can be also the automatic calibration (leveling) problem, maybe because of temperature dependance of the PINDA (or FINDA or what is on Mini). If the bed is not flat is easy to determine, place the print object somewhere else on the bed and take a look if the result is the same.

Btw, did you take a look under the steel sheet? Even a rezidual of filament between plate and bed could cause such an issue.

I checked the plate well under the steel plate ... everything is clean ... Good idea to test the printing of the pieces in different places .... I will test .... I will also test with a new steel plate ... I will come back to you after these tests .... Thank you very much and have a good evening ...

Good morning all...
After a complete cleaning, a check of the plate and meticulous z adjustment, here is what I get with 2 different steel plates including 1 new ... The printing defects of the first layer are roughly in the same places ... I must have a plateau problem ... how to control it? ... Is there an automatic leveling possible? (Google translation...)

Thank you.

Have you enabled 7x7 bed mesh leveling in settings?

Hello,

I just did the test with a 7x7 setting ... no real changes ... On the other hand, is this vibration normal? ...20210617_145443000_iOS

I do not think my does so much metal vibration sound. But it can be one loose screw in the Y axes mount, bearings holders even the heated bed srews. It could be worthy to check the srews, especially those holding the heated bed.

Good morning all,
So there you go ... I disassembled the heating plate, I reattached it a little more firmly, I made fine adjustments and cleaned my plates again, I set the auto-level to 7x7 and everything works at wonder now .... What was the problem? ... I don't know ... but everything is fine now ... thank you all! ... (Google traduction)

Hehe, good to hear that. I could simply be one of the heat bed screws. In calibration we talk about micrometers to have a correct first layer. So a bit loose screw fixing the bed can make a difference.

I bought the printer already mounted .... but in 2016 ... so a little general maintenance would probably be welcome ... ;-).
I also bought a MINI + .... Extraordinary little machine !!!

I would recommend changing the bearings. It seems easy, but you must disassemble almost the whole printer because of it. So finally nice complete maintenance 😉
