Z axis Calibration failes After 3.9.0 upgrade

After upgrading to 3.9.0 firmware, I am now having Z-axis issues.  I initially got "Bed leveling failed, Sensor didn't trigger. Debris on nozzle?"

Yes, the nozzle is clean, and the PINDA reads correctly, when I put a metal object near it, the light goes off and the state is read as 1.

After attempting multiple times, to calibrate and clean and fix, I proceeded to wipe the nv settings and attempt again. Made no change.

When running the z axis leveling, do I see the light on the PINDA turn on and off, when hovering over the calibration point.  When doing a full calibration, it find the first point and when it moves to the second, I can see the PINDA light flicker as it find the calibration point, but then fails.

I did find the software proterface, and hooked up the usb cable and was watching the message log.  It looks like the firmware is not reading the one direction from the PINDA over the second point.

See below, from the first point, you can see the see the alignment marker clearly, but on the second point, it looks like every other scan didn't detect the alignment marker, but the does see it in one direction.

This only started happening once I installed the new firmware. So is this a firmware issue or am I having a hardware fault?

From the first point:

Try upgrading 3.91 - it might fix the problem.

I just upgraded, and the calibration succeeded and is now working as expected.

Thanks
