X-Axis Failure Recommendations

I am looking for suggestions if anyone can help point me in the right direction.  Below is what I posted in the KB.

Looking for suggestions.  X-Axis failing.  Cables are properly aligned and zip ties are in place where they should be.  Rails are greased and free of obstruction, can move by hand with same level of friction as the Y-Axis.  Replaced stepper motor.  Motor made no sound or movement, no indication that it's trying to move at all.  I checked the wires, plugs, and fuses and all seem to be in good working order.  Not sure what I am overlooking.  It has been printing flawlessly for 6 months or so then just stopped.  I appreciate any suggestions.

To check the steppers: temporarily switch the X and Y axis stepper connections at the Einsy board then attempt to move them from the LCD menu.  Tell us what happened.

-- Oh, and don't forget to switch the connections back.

Not sure why I didn't think of that.  When I switched them, the Y-Axis became the problem and the X-Axis moved fine.  That would indicate that the problem is upstream, no?  So, if not a fuse, then either a software issue or board failure?

Time for a new einsy board most likely

You should contact support via the e-shop chat interface.
