Weird issue on first layer
Lately each time that I print something, there is always some parts of the first layer with that kind of defect shown on the picture. I redid all the calibration and cleaned the nozzle but it's still doing it. Do you have any other suggestions? I was maybe thinking some settings on Slicer might help.

Try cleaning bed with dish soap, 2or 3 times, then try printing again.
If this not it, check springs of extruder.

The springs could be too loose or too tight?

Try tighter, so filament slips less.(check manual from prusa for the standard settings).
If you loosening the springs, if you do to much, then the filament will slip, and you have under extrusion.
