Unable to complete a print anymore
I'm really desperate right now.
I bought my MK3S about 1 1/2 years ago. Everything works after the assembly.
In December last year I upgraded to the MMU2S. After a few weeks of tweaking the printer works as expected.
But,
about four weeks ago the problems begun:
- I'm having a rattling while fast moving the x and y axis.
- I could hear a resonance while moving the z axis.
- I'm not able to finish a print because of a clog in the extruder. The printer is able to print between 20 mins and 5 hrs after he stops feeding filament.
What I tried to fix:
- I changed all bearing with IGUS
- I changed all bearing again with new LMU8
- I changed the nozzle, the PTFE tube inside the hot end, the heatbreak an the heat block.
- I changed the extruder motor.
- I changed the belt on the x axis
- I had the nylock mod installed and built it back to stock
- I downgraded the fw to the last one
- I changed the slicer
- I tried to print from SD, octoprint and repetier server
- I tried to print outside the enclousure
- I tightened up all screws
The problems still persist. By the way, the print quality (surface) is worse than at the beginning this year.
The system is 100% stock atm.
I really don't know what I could try now.
I hope someone of you could give me the mind blowing advice I need.
