Strange Intermittant problems after replacing my hot end

I'm now having strange problems with my MK3S after replacing the hot end.

It made one gorgeous print with PETG, and then PETG refused to stick. Firmware version 3.9.2

It started giving me X-axis length errors during Self Test, too.

I got frustrated and let it sit for a week. Fired it up, and it appeared to pass self test, but the display was scrambled.

Wondering if the Einsy is getting flaky? Or, if we're dealing with a microcode issue.

Have you contacted support by chat?  Did it resolve?

No, I did not contact support. The printer has been printing fantastic, since I got the first layer height dialed in, and the display problem has NOT happened again.

I'll note that I shared this on the Facebook group for Prusa i3 users, and other people had the same thing happen while in the setup wizard:

Original Prusa i3 MK3 Support and Discussion https://www.facebook.com/groups/892917067538312/permalink/1865040753659267/?comment_id=1865377523625590&notif_id=1611685925135553&notif_t=group_comment&ref=notif

I'm wondering if it is a software bug in the Setup Wizard, a stack overflow, etc?

@christopher-s

It could be.  I have seen similar but different complaints for blue screens and gibberish but not this one.
