Slic3R-PE, Manifold: Auto-Repaired, 16 Errors
This is made from 3 cubes, grouped, then 4 tapered holes (each made from a cylinder and a cone, grouped). When grouped I get what is shown in the picture. When I export to Slic3R, it says I have 16 manifold errors (whatever that is) that have been fixed. Funny thing is, if I UNgroup the holes before grouping all 4 holes with the object I get no errors. What's going on?

non-manifold means that the polygons aren't part of a continuous body and/or are overlapping. Could be caused by the resolution you exported it at or the way the cubes were attached in cad.
its doing its job here, so its not necessarily a problem
