Selftest failure - X axis length

My MK3S upgrade threw me another curve.  After performing a reset to get my hot end fan running again I was performing a calibration.

Using the wizard it fails on the selftest with a X axis length error.  I was able to do XYZ calibration, but the selftest consistently fails on X length.  The belt status shows X=250 Y=-1.

Thoughts?

Check your zip ties on the cables coming off your extruder to make sure they are turned properly and the latch portion is not contacting your frame.  I have made this mistake several times.

Also, make sure the extruder doesn't have extras like a pretty fan grill, wrong screws holding the fan, etc.  Fan cable must exit the top of the fan, not the rear, etc.

Yup zip ties.  I saw one was hitting the right side.  After I adjusted it the X axis tested out just fine.
