Reassembled hot end with none official Teflon tube, benchy fails at same spot twice. Need some serious help

Hello!

I was printing PETG then the nozzle got so dirty I had to change it

During the process of changing nozzles, accidentally created a gap between the nozzle and heartbreak (see pic later on)

Then printing PLA, first fails at printing Benchy, where the extruder does a lot of retraction.

Opened the extruder block up, filament stuck inside of the official Teflon tube, had to cut one myself (without tapered end). Replaced the tube only.

Fails again, open up, dissembled hot end and everything, cleaned properly (ultrasonic cleaner + hot air gun + IPA), got all the burnt bits and stuck filament out. Reassembled with a new Teflon tube (still cut myself, non-tapered), installed properly following e3d guide

Fails the second time, I was able to get the filament out this time without taking it apart again. Now I don’t know what to do.

Given the shape of the pulled-out filament and my Information, could someone help me investigate why is this? Benchy printed fine at first, until at that spot.

Prusa mk3s+, prusament PLA, in the enclosure, temp is 215/60c

Thank you!!
