PTFE Tube

After a PLA filament got stuck in the extruder, I managed to slightly lift the PTFE tube up into the extruder gears where it got shreddered. I mainly account that to my own stupidity and a bit to the bad design of the MK3s with MMU2s filament sensor which doesn't give easy access to the extruder gear any more.

But I really should have had another look before leaving the printer printing on its own.

I still have a spare tube that came with the MMU2s upgrade (so doing that upgrade finally has an advantage) but I really would like to have a spare. Big question: Where can I buy tubes already fitted to the MK3s? Can't find any in the prusa shop...

So I have to use the same account that I bought the printer with to get there?

Yes.  If you do not have access, contact support.

There are also jigs to help you make your own:
