Prusa i3 MK3S Stuck During Calibration > First Layer Cal

Hi all, I have a Prusa i3 Mk3S and has been working fine until today. I noticed that there was some non-perfect first layer with Prusament Gray PLA, so I went into the calibration menu and specifically did a First Layer calibration.

It is currently hung in the fourth position out of 49 consistently. Self Test results: X: OK Y: OK Z: OK Bed: OK Hotend: OK

The hang message I get on the fourth position alternates between:

Calibrating Z

Some problem encountered

Z-leveling enforced

Would love your insight.

Update: I tried running the XYZ Calibration and it couldn't find the first of four calibration points, despite the fact that the PINDA seemed to react when it was over the point?

Check your belt tensions. Check your axes move smoothly.  Check your idler pulleys. If there is slack or resistance the mapping may not give an accurate enough figure.

Cheerio,
