Prints are lifting off and warping during print

Greetings,

I have noticed that my prints are starting out fine but after about 30 layers they are starting to warp and lift off the platform.  Any thoughts or ideas that might be causing this.  It was doing fine and then it just started and it does it on everything.

RE: Prints are lifting off and warping during print

Sorry Bill, the Crystal Ball is clouded over today.... Lol!

with the few details that you have offered, the best I can suggest, is that it's losing adhesion...

Please give us as many bits of information as possible and it makes  issue resolution easier...
Mesh bed levlling setting 3x3 or 7x7?   I reccommend 7x7... se using LCD Menu...
Material    (guessing) PLA,
Tempeatures, (Guessing )  215/210 C extruder... 60C heatbed
environmentals (guessing) domestic space 20C, no enclosure
model size.... (no idea) probably moderately large,
Model shape...   probably rectangular with sharp corners... (Pictures help)
slicing parameters...    guessing....   Prusa Slicer, 15% Gyroid infill, o.15mm layer height. brim 0.0mm,

Build plate type (Guessing) Textured
Build plate Preparation, (Guessing,) at best wiped with IPA.
Live Z setup,  (Guessing,) not enough squish a picture of the bottom of a failed print will help here

Options   include,   Washing the build plate with Dish soap/detergent and hot water, rinsing with hot water, drying with plain paper towels immediately after,
If using PLA, try Heatbed at 70C

Consider brim or Mouse ears on corners...

  Brim Mouse Ears,
Live 'Z' probably needs to go lower, See 'Life Adjust Z, My way'  https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/
sample files at bottom of first post in thread!

Good luck, Joan

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK

I ran the life adjust z and found that my z was too high off the heat bed.  I am printing a test run now to see if I get better adhesion and less warping.

When you get a calibration print that you consider good - post it and we can advise.

I now have problems with print seperation.  It seems random and it happens now no matter what I print.  It doesnt always happen at the same spot either.   Any suggestions?

I swear that does not look like a calibration print... I can't tell if that is warping or not.

That looks more like moist filament. Did you try a different (dry) roll?
