Printer stuck on start screen
My MK3s is not starting up. It is stuck at the "Original Prusa i3" screen. I connected it to my laptop via USB and flashed the new firmware. The update reports as a success, but it reboots to the same screen. When I try to factory reset, it seems to reset but locks up on a blank screen after I select my language. Any suggestions?
The X is not a button
One possible (common) is that you are using the X on the control panel as a "confirm choice" button. It is not that. If that is not the case, I think you need to contact prusa support - which is not here (crickets). To get prusa support, log into the E shop with the account that is attached to your printer. Once you do that, about ten seconds after the page loads, in the lower right corner, you'll see a glyph for chat support. That's how to contact prusa support.
While you're waiting for that ... do try this: Reseat all of the connections inside of the EINSY box with the power disconnected from the machine. Then close the Einsy back up, and see if the problem has cleared.
