Powder coated sheets

I recently bought the powder coated but when i print pla on it, the corners warp. I tried using soap and water, isopropyl alcohol, and  increasing the bed temp. Anyone know what else i could try.

RE: Powder coated sheets

Run a Live Z calibration and post a picture of your result here.

Show an image of the little rectangle it prints.

The calibration square (or circle) actually tells us a lot about the condition of your printer, in addition to verifying you have Z set correctly.

That actually - looks surprisingly good. Good adhesion between rows - does not look like Z is too low or too high. Not smeared into the plate.

At least to me.

What filament is that?

@robert-rmm200

Just some random pla. It only lifts up on large prints.

Might go down about 25-30 and wee what it does.

@charles-h13

I lowered the printing temp and it just stopped mid print.

He meant on Z - not on temp. Your filament solidified in the nozzle..

I think...

I am so sorry.  I typed that on my phone and my reading glasses are at home.  Lower your live Z 25-30 and try again.
