PID eeprom

Hey guys. I have 3 newbie questions.

1. How can I restore the eeprom to factory default?!

2. In prusaslicer printer settings- custom gcode you can add everything you want. Making that changes the config file from the eeprom?!

3. If I save some pid values to eeprom....choosing a profile from prusaslicer with some different pid values.....which values will be in the prints?!

thanx.

  1. Factory reset instructions here
  2. You don't save the start gcode (or any other gcode) to the printer. It is inserted into the gcode generated by the slicer.
  3. The value last set on the printer will remain in effect until changed or the printer is reset or power cycled.

@bobstro

Thanx a lot my friend.

By my mistake I save to eeprom thought octaprint some pid values. But I prefer to put values and make profiles to prusaslicer. It is more easier and practical.

Do you know how to delete only the pid values in config file that I save without loosing all the calibration of the printer?!
