Partial nozzle clog?

Before I go about removing the extruder set up,  want to just get some thoughts.

Recently got a Mk3s factory assembled, but when removing the filament, I am getting very long stringing:

This is occurring on both ends when removing filament. (the nozzle side as well as extruder side).

ran some retraction test stls using prusaslicer default settings, and there was some little very fine stringing. but was not consistent, and was sporadic. overall the print was good, other than the wisps.

I have only had boweden setups before (e3 pro), and this was usually an indicator of a bad bowden setup...is this the case with this ?

That is perfectly fine and is unrelated to your fine stringing issues. If you draw the filament out the top, you can coax out very long strings like that. Pull it quickly and you'll get less.

Fine stringing is caused at the other end of the hotend by a variety of causes including heat and over extrusion.
