Outer shell not connected

Hi,

(Presumably) after upgrading to 3.9.1 from < 3.9 on my MK3S, I have the problem of the outer shell not being connected properly to the printed part.

I printed two revisions of the part and both prints show the same issue (see attached image where I put the cardboard).

Both prints were sliced using latest profiles on PrusaSlicer with '0.20 mm Speed' setting for Prusament PETG and filament is also Prusament PEGT in Jet Black.

Any hints what could cause this?

RE: Outer shell not connected

Have you tried multiple times and does it do the same thing every time?

This is the first iteration of the model (very slightly different). Same problems on the same locations:

This has to be a problem with the sliced file.  If happens every time you print, it is either a problem with the printer or the gcode.  Since it is in the same place I would bet the latter.
