Octoprint on Pi4 2gb, can't reset the password.
Software: Octoprint 0.18.0. (the stable 0.17.0 doesn't work on my pi 4)
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2gb.
I changed the password from "raspberry" according to PRUSA.
And then when I tried to log in with the RIGHT password, it says "Access denied".
I followed this guide to reset it (Googled: How to reset raspberry pi password).
Then this guide (Googled: octoprint reset ssh password).
I even tried to format & reinstall the Octopi image, I guess the password isn't stored there because it didn't work either.
Just can't reset it 🙁

Try "pi"(lowercase) for the username.

This sounds suspicious. Maybe you connect to a different device?

I only have one rpi in my house, on top of that I look at the ip address written on the Pi's screen.

Explain how you're trying to log in. Are you on the RPi console trying to log in with the pi user, connecting via ssh, or trying to log in with the Octoprint web interface?

In Pi (console), I think it says "Login incorrect" (from some reason the text too small & barely readable, 5inch 480x800 screen).
Octoprint web interface is totally fine (for now, I have another problem I have to solve there in this post).

I assume you enabled ssh access, correct? Are you specifying the pi username when connecting via ssh?
OctoPi should have ssh enabled, buy if you installed OctoPrint yourself, it's a good idea to confirm.

I think we have all had a "Duh" moment with 3D printers and Raspberry PIs. It is frustrating and hard to communicate the problems.
